At 6 o’clock on September 13^th, with the deafening salute fireworks sound, towed by three tugs, 127.5M LOA 19.2M Breadth 11M depth M/V MEDINA entered in the floating dock “ZhongShan”.

During the navigating, vessel ground and sea damaged very seriously. Shell and bottom plates distortion seriously. It’s difficult to find the repair shipyard at once cause sea damage condition not clearly.

After viewing the plans and documents of vessel, after discussing several times, our shipyard’s technologists make out the docking plan—using the air bag for protect safety docking.

Biggest workload, longest and variously process, hardest working condition, all is challenge but opportunity for our shipyard. All departments cooperate with production department; shipyard success finishes the repairing project in the shortest time with best quality.
